Student Fees

Student fee types include:

• Higher Education Contribution Scheme (HECSHELP)
• Undergraduate, postgraduate (including FEESHELP) and international tuition fees
• Compulsory subscriptions (to various student bodies)

The student’s fee liability is calculated in FlexSIS, based on the units of study chosen.

The Student Centre issues the statement of fees/tax invoice to students and follows up on outstanding debts.

Revenue Services is responsible for the receipting, reconciliation and disbursement of all fees paid by students to the University.

The receipting, reconciliation and disbursement of tuition fees paid by international students is handled by the International Office.
